SUNLU AMS Heater

SUNLU AMS Heater is the ideal solution for upgrading your first-generation AMS system to the next level. Forget makeshift solutions, this heater is the direct solution! The heater replaces the top cover of the AMS and improves the system's functionality. With this upgrade, external drying of the filament before printing is now a thing of the past. It allows you to dry and print simultaneously directly in the device.
This method saves time, minimizes the effects of moisture during printing, and optimizes print quality!

With this solution, you are guaranteed efficient heating without heat build-up.

This heater reaches a constant temperature of 70°C in 20 minutes, guaranteed! The dual air flow system ensures optimal hot air circulation and reliably prevents the formation of hot spots. This prevents warping and material-related problems.

Thanks to this intelligent control, you have constant control over temperature and humidity.

Thanks to intelligent humidity monitoring (RH), the Heater knows exactly when to switch on.

The standard heating temperature in humidity mode is 55°C and can be adjusted.
The operating time is preset to six hours.
It switches on automatically at 50% relative humidity and switches off at 20% relative humidity.
In HR mode, you can set the desired humidity yourself between 25% and 50%.

And the best thing: up to 16 colors!

The heater is fully AMS-compatible. And the icing on the cake is that you can stack up to 16 colors for printing, saving space on your desk.

PTC heating – the best choice!

With PTC heating technology and double protection, you are always on the safe side.

The temperature is monitored in real time.
Automatic shutdown is triggered in case of overheating or fan problems. Automatic shutdown is triggered when the temperature exceeds the set value by 10°C.
The same applies if the temperature does not rise as expected. And also in case of fan failure.

This SUNLU AMS Heater is compatible with the Bambu Lab AMS - Automatic Material System.

Based on internal testing, it is also compatible with the Bambu Lab AMS 2 Pro - Automatic Material System (with the same installation dimensions as the AMS 1st gen).
Please note that this product is optimized and upgraded exclusively for Bambu Lab's AMS, and is not compatible with Automatic Material Systems from other brands.
Regarding the visibility of the lid, the entire lid is not fully transparent. There is a transparent area on the front of the lid that allows you to see the internal operation.
